? Ingredients
5 cod steaks
2kg potatoes
2 cabbages
4 eggs
4 cloves of garlic
3dl Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
? Preparation
1. Soak in water the day before.
2. Peel and slice the potatoes.
3. Wash the cabbage well.
4. Put the potatoes, eggs and cod in a pan of salted water to boil. Once it's boiling, add the cabbage and leave to cook.
For the sauce:
1. heat the olive oil with the crushed garlic cloves and bring to the boil.
2. Add vinegar, to taste, and keep warm.
