Gin do Vale

Winner of the Gold medal in the 2nd edition of the We Tasted and We Liked! competition in 2022, this was the first gin produced entirely in the municipality of Crato. Distilled in a traditional still and bottled by hand, it was launched in 2021. It contains 13 botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, cinnamon, cardamom, lavender, lemongrass, iris, rose petals, lime, heather and Ghana pepper. With a clean, aromatic and very refreshing flavour, it is full of floral aromas and spices.
Very different from what you're used to in a gin, it's excellent for drinking neat or as a tonic. Contains 44% of alcoholic volume.
