Aroma of black fruit with hints of toast. In the mouth, acidity promoting freshness, balanced tannins and good persistence. A lighter alcohol content that gives the whole a great deal of elegance.
Goes well with cheese, sausages and meat dishes. It benefits from bottle ageing.
