Extracted from grapes from previously selected varieties, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, Monte da Colónia is born, a very seductive wine with a garnet colour and a brilliant appearance.
Excellent to accompany migas with meat, lamb stew or cured Alentejo goat and sheep cheeses.
