Description

• Grape varieties: Field blend, old vines
• Viniculture: Very old vines (over 70 years old), not wired, with very dispersed density.
• 13,5%

On the nose it has stone fruit, a slight tropical flavour and a touch of vanilla. The palate is full-bodied, partly due to the battonage, without losing its freshness. It goes well with fish dishes, soft cheeses and seafood.
With plenty of ageing potential. Very limited edition.
