Casa do Penedo Brewery - BERLINER WEISSE 3,2% is an ale beer from Germany that dates back to the 14th century. Fermentation takes place with a mixture of bacteria and lactic acid yeast, which gives it its characteristic flavour. Due to the use of wheat, it is light in colour and cloudy in appearance.
