This ruby-coloured wine is born in Alegrete, a rural parish in the municipality of Portalegre - Alto Alentejo, in the heart of the S. Mamede natural park, in a mature vineyard whose vines, grown and in full production, are planted at an altitude of between 500m and 550m on schist soil. Harvesting is done by hand and production is carried out according to the most modern quality standards.

- Aroma of red fruits with hints of vegetable character, combined with notes of vanilla and spices. The palate is well balanced with polite tannins, showing a fresh and smooth flavour.
