Voici la recette compl\u00e8te ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 coq entier assaisonn\u00e9 pendant la nuit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abats pour accompagner <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assaisonnement au go\u00fbt <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ail \u00e9cras\u00e9 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Huile d'olive extra vierge <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sel <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Persil <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vin blanc <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un demi-citron press\u00e9 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PR\u00c9PARATION <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. R\u00e9duire toutes les \u00e9pices en sirop. Enduire le coq \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Placer l'autre moiti\u00e9 de citron \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du coq. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Badigeonner le fond de la plaque avec un peu d'huile d'olive et de vin blanc et, dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00ba, cuire lentement \u00e0 160\u00ba\/170\u00ba jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la peau soit croustillante (environ 2 heures). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pendant la cuisson, retourner le coq et l'arroser plusieurs fois avec le liquide qui s'est \u00e9coul\u00e9.
