Here's the full recipe! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 whole rooster seasoned overnight<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giblets to accompany <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seasoning to taste <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crushed garlic <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extra Virgin Olive Oil <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parsley <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>White Wine <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Half a squeezed lemon <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARATION <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. crush all the spices into a syrup. Coat the cockerel all over the inside and outside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Place the other half lemon inside the cock. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Brush the bottom of the baking tray with a little olive oil and white wine and, in an oven preheated to 180\u00ba, bake slowly at 160\u00ba\/170\u00ba until the skin is crispy (about 2 hours). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. During roasting, turn the rooster over and sprinkle several times with the liquid that has been released.
