Discover the recipe for the typical Bacalhau com Couves, even more special when made with ingredients from the Franciscan Pantry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? <strong>Ingredients<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 cod steaks <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2kg potatoes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cabbages <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 eggs <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 cloves of garlic <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3dl <a href=\"https:\/\/despensafranciscana.com\/en\/product\/azeite-virgem-extra-bio\/\">Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/despensafranciscana.com\/en\/product\/vinagre-de-vinho-branco\/\">White wine vinegar<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? <strong>Preparation<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Soak in water the day before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Peel and slice the potatoes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Wash the cabbage well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Put the potatoes, eggs and cod in a pan of salted water to boil. Once it's boiling, add the cabbage and leave to cook. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the sauce: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. heat the olive oil with the crushed garlic cloves and bring to the boil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
