This full-bodied red wine, deep garnet in colour with hints of brown, comes from vines planted on schist soils and harvested by hand. Total destemming, pre-fermentation maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation at 25ºC and prolonged maceration. This wine is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Aroma of ripe red fruits with hints of spice. Intense flavour with soft, high-quality tannins.
