Let's bring the chestnut back to prominence with this nutritious flour, which is the result of completely manual harvesting and shelling. This product is the result of a family project to reforest the native chestnut tree on the slopes of the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park. Rich in fibre, vitamins and carbohydrates, chestnuts were once an everyday food that was lost to potatoes and the industrialisation of cereals, but now we want to give them a new lease of life.
