\nAlicante Bouschet (90%) und Trincadeira (10%)<\/p>\n

TERROIR UND WEINBAU<\/strong>
\nDie Weinberge von Altas Quintas befinden sich in einem ganz besonderen Terroir. Sie befinden sich auf einer H\u00f6he von 600 Metern auf einem Plateau, das sich auf einzigartige Weise inmitten der Serra de S\u00e3o Mamede entwickelt. Die H\u00f6henlage, die mesoklimatischen Bedingungen in diesem Gebiet und die B\u00f6den mit mittlerem Produktionspotenzial machen diese Lage so besonders. Der Weinberg wird im Rahmen eines integrierten Schutzprogramms bewirtschaftet. Die Alicante Bouschet- und Trincadeira-Trauben f\u00fcr diesen Wein wurden von Hand aus ertragsschwachen Parzellen f\u00fcr 14 kg-Kisten geerntet. Sie wurden schnell zur Kellerei transportiert. Die Trauben und Beeren wurden am Eingang der Kellerei sortiert. Obsess\u00e3o wird nur in Jahrg\u00e4ngen von Excellence ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n

VINIFIZIERUNG<\/strong>
\nVor der G\u00e4rung erfolgte eine kalte Mazeration, gefolgt von einer temperaturkontrollierten G\u00e4rung in F\u00e4ssern aus franz\u00f6sischer Eiche, an die sich eine 3-monatige Nachg\u00e4rung anschloss. Der gesamte Wein wurde 24 Monate lang in neuen franz\u00f6sischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern ausgebaut.
\nNach der Abf\u00fcllung folgte die Reifung in der Flasche.<\/p>\n

VERKOSTUNGSNOTIZEN \/ HARMONISIERUNG<\/strong>
\nIntensiver granatroter Wein mit weichen Entwicklungsnuancen, komplexen und definierten Aromen, in denen reife rote Fr\u00fcchte und kleine Waldbeeren vorherrschen, mit balsamischen Noten, etwas dunkler Schokolade, Gew\u00fcrzen und Tabakbl\u00e4ttern. Am Gaumen hat er reichhaltige und strukturierte Tannine, fein und sehr pr\u00e4sent, lebendige S\u00e4ure und enorme Frische, die den Wein sehr gastronomisch machen. Der Abgang ist bemerkenswert ausgewogen zwischen der Frische der H\u00f6henlage und der Persistenz, die ihm die geschliffenen Qualit\u00e4ts-Tannine verleihen.<\/p>\n
