Sie befinden sich auf einer H\u00f6he von 600 Metern auf einem Plateau, das sich auf einzigartige Weise inmitten der Serra de S\u00e3o Mamede entwickelt. Die H\u00f6henlage, die mesoklimatischen Bedingungen in diesem Gebiet und die B\u00f6den mit mittlerem Produktionspotenzial machen diese Lage so besonders.<br \/>\nDer Weinberg wird im Rahmen eines integrierten Schutzprogramms bewirtschaftet.<br \/>\nDie Touriga Nacional- und Alicante Bouschet-Trauben f\u00fcr diesen Wein wurden im September von Hand aus ertragsarmen Parzellen in 14-kg-Kisten geerntet. Der Transport zum Weingut erfolgte z\u00fcgig. Die Trauben und Beeren wurden am Eingang der Kellerei sortiert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VINIFIZIERUNG<\/strong><br \/>\nNach einer 24-st\u00fcndigen Kaltmazeration vor der G\u00e4rung fand die G\u00e4rung bei kontrollierter Temperatur in kleinen 5-Tonnen-M\u00fchlen statt, mit Abstich und Entstapelung.<br \/>\nAnschlie\u00dfend reifte der Wein 12 Monate lang in franz\u00f6sischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern. Nach der Abf\u00fcllung reifte der Wein in der Flasche, bevor er auf den Markt gebracht wurde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ENOLOGIE<\/strong><br \/>\nJo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o und Team<\/p>\n<p><strong>VERKOSTUNGSNOTIZEN \/ HARMONISIERUNG<\/strong><br \/>\nEin rubinroter Wein mit Aromen von kleinen Waldfr\u00fcchten, Ankl\u00e4ngen von dunkler Schokolade und deutlichen balsamischen Noten.<br \/>\nIm Mund zeigt er die Frische und Ausgewogenheit, die f\u00fcr die H\u00f6henlage der Sierra de S.Mamede charakteristisch sind, und die Eleganz, die ihm die polierten und harmonischen Tannine verleihen.<br \/>\nEr kann gebackene Gerichte oder andere komplexe Speisen begleiten.<br \/>\nEs wird eine Serviertemperatur von 16\u00baC empfohlen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHEMISCH-PHYSIKALISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN<\/strong><br \/>\nAlkoholgehalt = 14,5 % (Vol.)<br \/>\npH-Wert = 3,78<br \/>\nGesamts\u00e4uregehalt = 5,5 g\/L (ausgedr\u00fcckt als Weins\u00e4ure)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CASTAS Touriga Nacional (60%) e Alicante Bouschet (40%) TERROIR E VITICULTURA As vinhas Altas Quintas encontram-se num Terroir muito especial.
