TERROIR UND WEINBAU<\/p>\n

Die Weinberge von Altas Quintas befinden sich in einem ganz besonderen Terroir. Sie befinden sich auf einer H\u00f6he von 600 Metern auf einem Plateau, das sich auf einzigartige Weise inmitten der Serra de S\u00e3o Mamede entwickelt. Die H\u00f6henlage, die mesoklimatischen Bedingungen in diesem Gebiet und die B\u00f6den mit mittlerem Produktionspotenzial machen diese Lage so besonders. Der Weinberg wird im Rahmen eines integrierten Schutzprogramms bewirtschaftet. Die Trauben
\nDie Aragonez-, Touriga Nacional- und Alicante Bouschet-Trauben f\u00fcr diesen Wein wurden im September von Hand in 14-kg-Kisten geerntet. Der Transport zum Weingut erfolgte z\u00fcgig. Die Trauben und Beeren wurden am Eingang der Kellerei sortiert.<\/p>\n

VINIFIZIERUNG
\nDie G\u00e4rung erfolgte bei kontrollierter Temperatur, um die ganze aromatische Eleganz zu bewahren, in kleinen 5-Tonnen-M\u00fchlen, mit Abstich und Entstapelung.<\/p>\n

VERKOSTUNGSNOTIZEN \/ HARMONISIERUNG
\nLeuchtend rubinfarbener Wein mit Aromen von kleinen Waldbeeren, balsamischen Noten, die Frische vermitteln, und einigen blumigen Noten von Zistrosen. Am Gaumen zeigt er eine gute Frische mit lebendiger und eleganter S\u00e4ure, ausgewogenen Tanninen und einem mittellangen, eleganten Abgang. Er kann Gerichte mit einer gewissen Komplexit\u00e4t begleiten.<\/p>\n
