VORBEREITUNG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Die Knoblauchzehen h\u00e4uten und mit dem Salz und dem Fruchtfleisch einer Tomate in einem M\u00f6rser zersto\u00dfen, bis eine fl\u00fcssige Paste entsteht.<\/li><li>Die Paste in die Sch\u00fcssel geben, in der das Gazpacho serviert werden soll, mit 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l und Essig betr\u00e4ufeln und mit Oregano bestreuen.<\/li><li>Die Paprikaschoten und die restlichen Tomaten in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und zu der Mischung in der Sch\u00fcssel geben.<\/li><li>Die Gurke waschen, in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in die gleiche Sch\u00fcssel geben. Das sehr kalte (oder eisgek\u00fchlte) Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li><li>Das Brot in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden, einen Teil in die Gazpacho br\u00f6seln und einen L\u00f6ffel der Koriandermischung und etwas Chili hinzuf\u00fcgen.
