Wir haben das Rezept mit unserem franziskanischen Ginjinha angepasst und das Ergebnis h\u00e4tte nicht besser sein k\u00f6nnen.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da Ostern bald vor der T\u00fcr steht, fordern wir unsere Leser auf, sich die H\u00e4nde schmutzig zu machen und unser eigenes franziskanisches Brot zu backen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teilen Sie die Ergebnisse mit uns. Hier finden Sie alle ben\u00f6tigten Zutaten und die Zubereitung - es ist ganz einfach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inhaltsstoffe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>5 ganze Eier + 2 Eigelb zum Bestreichen<\/li>\n<li>250ml brauner Zucker<\/li>\n<li>200 ml Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Honig<\/li>\n<li>50ml franziskanische Sauerkirsche<\/li>\n<li>500 g Mehl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Wegbeschreibung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Schlagen Sie die Eier und den Zucker in einer Sch\u00fcssel auf, bis ein schaumiger Teig entsteht. Sie k\u00f6nnen einen Schneebesen verwenden, wenn Sie dies bevorzugen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit das Oliven\u00f6l und zwei Essl\u00f6ffel Honig in einem Wasserbad erhitzen. Zu der vorherigen Mischung hinzuf\u00fcgen und noch etwas weiter schlagen. Von nun an sollte der Teig mit der Hand bearbeitet werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Mehl und die Sauerkirsche hinzuf\u00fcgen und bei Bedarf etwas mehr Mehl. Wenn Sie einen intensiveren Geschmack w\u00fcnschen, verdoppeln Sie die Menge der Sauerkirsche. Der Teig sollte sich von den H\u00e4nden l\u00f6sen und weich sein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nehmen Sie den Teig aus der Sch\u00fcssel und lassen Sie ihn auf einem bemehlten Brett eine Weile ruhen. Dann den Teig in die gew\u00fcnschte Form bringen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit dem Eigelb bestreichen und im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180\u00ba auf einem mit Mehl best\u00e4ubten Backblech 25 Meter lang backen oder bis sie anfangen, braun zu werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu sollte man ein Glas franziskanischen Ginjinha trinken!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guten Appetit!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
